Back in Time

It’s all about choices; life. How we choose. What we choose. How our choices affect us. How they affect others… What is ultimately the right choice?? If I could only travel back in time and change things. I’d only need a moment. I went back Only for a moment That’s all I needed. I gave up everything; So she would not have to. She’d never know, the blare that was silenced. She never saw me; nor will she ever again. I watched her from afar… She was happy; like I’d never seen. Her smile was true; no longer masking pain. My journey had come to an end. I was complete now… as was she. The right choice had been made.
