Mind Not Honored

It is not a thought to ponder,
not a moment to wonder.
It is not a question or an answer,
or a challenge to surmount
nor
a time to take haste.
It consoles not the worried mind
nor
resolves a lost thought.
My moment came when all thoughts were gone and answers absent;
when thought fell under the empty weight of anticipation.
I grasped for the touch of reason; empty my hand returned.
Stillness and grace were now my moment.
Love is at hand... it is my choice.

Holding

Hold me now
                             I'm not able
so I can breath;
                              to stand,
and when I can
                              be strong,
I will hold you,
                               and hold you.
