Touch

Touch her.
Not with the intent of lust,
Nor with passions fury.

Touch her
not with angered heart,
Or troubled soul,
Or in search from a loss felt long ago.
Dim not her radiant glow.
Waken not her sleeping shadow,
Restless enough are its moments.

Touch her
In the name of Love, and Love alone.
Love’s touch is given and seeks no return.

Touch her,
 for healing Grace is yours
And in His name, Grace, Love is hers.
